1. Not all innovation is created equal
\u201c\u2026.contrary to the conventional wisdom that a society must \u201cfix\u201d itself \u2014 its infrastructure, courts, legislatures, financial markets, and so on \u2014 before innovation and growth can take root\u2026\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Data is not the phenomenon
With all the hype around analytics and measuring everything simply because it is possible, it may distract you from understanding the underlying picture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Management can be a noble profession
“Management is about waking up every day and helping people become better people…” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Don\u2019t reserve your best self only for your career –
People who are driven to excel have this unconscious propensity to underinvest in their families. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. God does not hire accountants
“The real voyage of discovery consists, not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
