You can potentially start by asking questions like: How are the employees using the company? Is it simple to use? Or is it complex? Are there bugs? What is broken? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On FOMO at work &#8211; \u201c\u2026very few things that are actually important happen at any given day, most of it is just work \u2026.like it&#8217;s standard work\u2026.we don&#8217;t need to turn work into it&#8230; like a 24 hour news ticker.. \u201c <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Goals &#8211; \u201cwhenever we set a goal it&#8217;s numbers based, it sort of discounts all the other things where the real value is and that&#8217;s why we don&#8217;t believe in goals..\u201d. Utopian?
