A recent piece on Feedback under an ongoing series \u2018Stuff they don\u2019t tell you\u2019 make a lot of sense for all of us. We are never trained to take feedback with an open mind and humility. Establish how much control you have &#8211; some clients may need more inputs than others. Understand the need before you set the tone of the engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ensure your own communication is clear &#8211; put effort into communication, find supporting data or case studies that explain your point of view, specially when you disagree with the customer. The customer is likely to appreciate that. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pick your battles &#8211; you need not win every argument &#8211; remember it is the buyers prerogative.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
