Focus on building a \u2018Remarkable\u2019 product &#8211; one which is \u2018remark\u2019 worthy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Word of mouth is a by product of creating a meaningful flywheel that \u2018begins with a great product that solves meaningful problems for customers\u2019 while removing much of the friction from the customers path. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Low touch sales model works in the 21st century &#8211; \u2018We\u2019ve shifted from a supplier\u2019s world \u2013 &#8230;to a world of infinite supply where buyers have all the power.\u2019 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
