A recent study by HBR found that CEO\u2019s work on an average 62 hours a week and attends 37 meetings. How do they manage to get work done? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C5122AQHDS6BtqGqMlQ\/feedshare-shrink_800\/0?e=1570665600&amp;v=beta&amp;t=3k2DggEgZvWuAd3tKlGxIVt2wgH_JwcNbFTFKvZh4ng\" alt=\"Productivity Hacks \"\/><figcaption>Photo by Andreas Klassen on Unsplash<br><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some ideas from CEO\u2019s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dustin Moskovitz, Founder of Asana keeps one day a week free from Meetings company wide to ensure uninterrupted heads down focused work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Putting specific deadlines in emails (Ketia Beauchamp, Birchbox ) and writing fewer email (Jeff Weiner, Linkedin) were effective productivity enhancers.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other ideas include power naps, create better lists by grouping similar tasks together and then choosing one thing that will take care of them all (Brian Chesky, AirBnB), Telling No to most things (Jason Fried, Basecamp) reaching a quick NO vis a vis a long strung No or Yes is better ( Meg Whitman, HP) are some of the other ideas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For me personally first half of every day is a meeting free zone for heads down focused work.
