Not just hearing but listening with a open mind with limited bias filters applied to our auditory function.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>With the increasingly distracted and divided attention spans we are all battling, this particular function is more at risk and under internal attack. It is causing ineffective meetings, mis understandings, lack of ability to recall simple details and thus low productivity in the workplace.
