When you think of Risk and Compliance, do you think of a coloring book? In Social Business Engine podcast, Sean Freidlin talks to Bernie Borges, CMO of Vengreso, was a definite surprise. Sean, while he was the Director of Product Marketing at SAI Global, heard some of his customers talk about coloring or painting to de-stress and picked upon the idea to create “The Compliance Coloring Book”. A blog in the erstwhile LinkedIn Pulse promoting the printed book got great response and alongside a drip campaign and word of mouth resulted in 500+ requests. Later, digital versions generated 17000 clicks and over 24 hours spent cumulatively on the digital pages, coloring.
The final outcome? “The Compliance Coloring Book generated a tremendous number of leads at a very low cost. At only $2 per lead, even with printing and shipping, anyone would call it “successful.”…
Note: Some of the books were colored by the compliance professionals together with their children providing an opportunity to the kids to understand what their parents did at work. Talk about great side effects for the Brand.
