As she became a billionaire, 3 years down the line, with $300m ARR she had only 7 full time and 5 part-time employees. Everything else was outsourced – manufacturing to a private label producer in Oxnard, California, Sales and Fulfillment to, who else, Shopify. Finance and PR is outsourced to her mother Kris Jenner for a 10% management fee. Kylie paid her mother $17mn in 2018 according to the article.
